I am a qualified physiotherapist who graduated with Honours from the University of South Australia. I have experience supporting a wide range of people, from athletic populations to individuals managing everyday pain, injuries, and movement limitations.
I treat a broad range of musculoskeletal concerns and aim to help clients move better, reduce pain, and feel more confident throughout their recovery. My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, dry needling, and acupuncture-informed techniques.
Drawing on both my Australian training and overseas experience from Korea, I provide personalised care that supports each client’s individual needs, goals, and long-term wellbeing.

I believe that movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine. However, I also understand that many people face barriers that can make movement feel difficult, including pain, fear, stiffness, injury, or uncertainty about their body.
My approach focuses on helping people move with greater confidence, better understand their bodies, and create meaningful long-term change through personalised and supportive care. I take a holistic approach, considering not only physical symptoms, but also lifestyle, goals, beliefs, and individual circumstances that may influence recovery.
Through education, hands-on support, tailored movement strategies, and practical guidance, I work with each person to reduce limitations, build confidence, and improve their ability to participate in the activities that matter most to them.

I understand how frustrating it can be when pain, discomfort, or physical limitations hold you back from the things you love, enjoy, and that make you smile. My goal is to help people feel more confident in their body, move with greater ease, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, I enjoy high-intensity training, running, golfing, spending time with my family at the park, relaxing on the sand with good music, and finding a great coffee.
